With our new Digital Voice (VoIP) phone platform, we can offer home business, small business and medium business (SME) users a highly flexible digital phone system with unlimited calls to UK landline and mobiles. All users get there own dedicated landline number (DDI) and have their own online management portal. Inbound calls can be routed any way you like and missed calls can have answerphone/voicemail messages sent via email.

Licensing:
- Each licensed user gets their own direct dial (DDI) local landline telephone number.
- Each licence you add provides an extra line of simultaneous calling.
- The mobile app can be configured on one class of device per licence. For example, it can be installed on a mobile, a tablet and a desktop/PC laptop.
- Each licence can be configured on 1 or 2 desk/cordless phones and a mobile, tablet and computer. For example, if you were to transfer a call to a user it would ring all of their configured mobile devices/apps and up to 2 x physical phones.
- A main inbound number can be configured with a hunt group which will ring multiple users and doesn’t necessarily need it’s own licence or physical phone.
